Home Builders Realty was started to offer just one more benefit to our builder members. We are a members-only listing company for new-construction residential and new-construcion commercial as well as available lots.

All builder members of the Greater Cedar Rapids Area Home Builders Association maintain an Iowa Contractor's Number and hold the necessary insurance. We are proud to offer the public one more connection to our expert builders and their quality projects and dealing with the builder will ensure that you get exactly what you want.

Any Greater Cedar Rapids Area HBA builder member may list with us for a small fee (see the Policies page for more details). The listings are then posted on the local Multiple Listing Service, on this website and in the monthly HBA newsletter, the Threshold.

The Greater Cedar Rapids Area Home Builders Association in cooperation with the the National Association of Home Builders is an advocate for continuing education. We have many members, builders included, who have earned various certifications like Certified Graduate Builder, Certified Graduate Remodeler, Graduate Master Builder, Certified Aging in Place Specialist and our newest Certified Green Professional.
